Well my website was down all weekend for whatever reason… Which made me quite mad actually. I called and reached tech support and they said they don’t know why my site is down they don’t know since when etc.
I was quite upset by it tbh… Anyway good that its back up now

Anyone worried about RIAA, anyone wanting to block spyware etc. should try out peerguardian. It’s a painless install on Mac and Windows. I just recently installed it on my mac. You’ll be surprised how much unwanted traffic you do get!

Wow… i’m left speechless. I mean look at this. Quite interesting really. I’ve been questionned about my opinion about pirating many times. And all i say in response in a sarchastical manner is, “Man, I really can afford $600 software!”. I think its rediculous that anything can cost that much especially software that comes out everyyear!! Another interesting comment is my Comp. Sci. Prof’s. Who said that if people can patent algorithms then why doesn’t someone patent x + 5 or something similar.

So how easy is Parallels?.. Rediculously easy! I can’t believe how little time it took It even mounts .isos so save that empty cd/dvd All I did was dl the latest Slackware installation (Slackware 11) and mounted it as the ide:0:1 (aka /dev/hdb). Afterwards I installed Slackware like normal. Lilo worked fine and even installed to MBR. I am at loss for words… now I can slack on my mac (and within OS X) Theres a screenshot for all of you to look at but of course I had to boot X for everyone too see how wonderful parallels works But really I’ll just be using the terminal

So i got myself one of these… some ask how can i live with a one button mouse? How can i live without scroll. Well those people haven’t seen Apple’s Mighty Mouse because it has 3 buttons and a 360 scroll! But i didn’t get the wired one i got a bluetooth wireless one. And it’s been making photoshoping much easier! I really recommend this to all even with the slightly higher price tag. Oh and if you have no idea what it is just check it out here.

IE 7 is out! I saw this on slashdot RSS this morning. I mean clearly Microsoft has some amazing software engineers if they can finally copy features such as. Tabs, RSS, but what really shocked was the print prieview which is similar to the one that i first saw on Mac OS X.

I won’t lie. I really wanted to try IE7 out to see if it works on my website and give an objective analysis on how fast it is and how the tabs are and if it displays my website correctly or not. So how far did i get? Right up to the “Validate your Windows” part. At that point for reasons I’m not really sure of i decided not to go any farther because i had the feeling that if I did I’d be reinstalling soon enough And that IE7 wouldn’t finish installing anyway because there might be errors validating for whatever reason?..
Anyway i’m still quite interested as to how well it will display my site. We’ll just have to see. I’ll write again when it does. But atm I’m still recovering from getting Bill Gate’s shaft early in the morning.

So this is the first of a series of Blog posts that I’ll be doing that will let the DJs that read my Blog stay up to date with vinyls that I buy and recommend.
These are the vinyls that i just got. The ones marked in bold are really something that is worth taking a look at.
Most of the boldend vinyls are Deep House. Although Logan – Flash is more Deep Tech House than Deep House. Out of all of those i would like to draw even more attention to Robin Masters Orchestra – Drifting Ep and Harness & Spencer – Work for immediately becoming 2 of my favorite vinyls that I own overall. The first has an amazing beat and a very nice vocal. The later also has a nice beat (although a bit later into the song) but has an amazing chorus.
I want all my brothers and sister on the dancefloor to… work. We gonna party like its 2099… See, I’m gonna give you an extra hundred years… so you can get your shit together! They say the best type of feeling is the one you never expected. And I’m all about giving you the unexpected.
I absolutely can’t get enough of that phrase I use it as my idle message now
If taking a look at any of the vinyls that i listed make sure you take a look at those two, especially if you like deeper sounds and deep house in general.
